My work moves across national networks, higher education, science interpretation, evaluation, and place-based partnership. The useful unit is not the sector. It is the relationship between people, institutions, resources, evidence, and what becomes possible next.
How to read the atlas
Each project is a coordinate inside the same practice. Use the lenses to change emphasis, then look for what travels between projects: a participation model becomes a launch strategy; field learning changes partnership practice; evaluation reshapes the next product.
Coordinates / 01
The lenses are intentionally overlapping. A network project can also be evidence work. A science product can also be institutional learning. The point is to show the joins.
I lead the operating system around a national portfolio of partner-led astronomy education: funding cycles, partner stewardship, implementation support, professional learning, evaluation, and the learning that informs the next round.
Follow the networkMy graduate research examined apprenticeship-to-degree pathways, recognition, transfer, and the institutional rules that determine whether validated learning becomes usable credential progress. The work resulted in an Applied-Credit Reliability Diagnostic for locating where pathway promises become discretionary.
Trace the credit journey
I defined the audience strategy, shaped the interpretive architecture, and led the evaluation framework for an interactive experiment designed to make a dense astronomical image navigable and meaningful.
Enter the map
Roman launched August 30, 2026. I’m applying lessons from Webb to strengthen the host network, facilitator pathways, scientist connections, and support system as the work moves from launch toward First Look.
Follow the runway
I led a six-person visiting team through a place-based collaboration with ʻImiloa, then translated the week’s learning into partnership strategy, institutional next steps, and a shared path toward Stars in the Sea.

Projects matter on their own. Practice becomes visible when a lesson from one context changes how the next problem is framed.
Partner-centered participation, modular support, and early host preparation become a more deliberate launch-era system.
Audience strategy and evaluation turn one digital experiment into a framework for better kickoff, structure, accessibility, and iteration.
Place, authority, listening, and authorship become operational questions rather than values left outside the project plan.
Following where learning loses force sharpens a broader practice: locate the rule, identify who holds authority, and reduce avoidable navigation.

A program becomes a system when people can carry it without heroics.
That is the thread I follow: who understands the pathway, who holds authority, what support exists, what resources make the work durable, and what evidence changes the next decision.
